The development of science and technology significant contributes to the improvement of nations‟ level, enhance the enterprise‟s competitive ability and change the human life of each Vietnamese in the international integration period. In the business performance of enterprises, technology major contributions to the improvement of product quality, resulting in higher productivity, reduce cost of production and outputs‟ price.Moreover, in the strong competitive business environment today, in order to maintain the market positions, enterprises all haveto continuously innovate their products and manufacturing process that only achieved through applying new science or technology.On the other hand, at each specific production industry, each enterprise must decide which technology should be used and what most suits with their conditions. Therefore, the selected technology decision is one of the most important tasks of enterprises‟ managers to bring out the best effects.
