    Human resource is the vital factor in each organization. The main functions of human resource department include recruiting people, training them, performance appraisals, motivating employees as well as workplace communication, workplace safety, and much more. In all those functions, training is very important and it is regarded as the act of increasing the knowledge and skills of an employee for performing a particular job. In fact, now more than ever, workplace learning and continuous improvement are now considered essential for an organization to remain competitive. In addition, modern organizations must cope with training needs associated with the changing and increasing internationalization of markets - different national context and more diverse workforce. The skills and useful knowledge is learning. A trainee learns new habit, refined performance. Training enables an employee to do his present job more efficiently and prepare himself for higher-leveljob.
