Nghiên Cứu Về Sự Khai Thác Của Giáo Viên Đối Với Các Hoạt Động Theo Cặp Và Theo Nhóm Để Nâng Cao Động Cơ Học Tập Cho Sinh Viên Chuyên Ngữ Năm Thứ 2 Trường Đại Học Hồng Đức​

It is common knowledge that English teaching methods are very important for any teacher of English. They are also needed for students to improve their language skills. The increase in the need of English for communication has resulted in the shift of English teaching goal from students’ mastery of grammar and vocabulary to the communicative skill development. The use of pair work and group work in communicative language classes with the major aim to increase learners’ motivation could be a good solution. The main objective of the study is to investigate the real situation of teachers’ exploitation of pair and group work activities in English classes, and to offer suggestions for bettering the situation. To achieve the above objectives, qualitative and quantitative analysis is applied to process the data obtained from questionnaires and class observation.
